I am a mobile Mortgage Broker, meaning I work from my home office in Mississauga, Ontario and service my clients where ever is most convenient for them! Some like me to go directly to their home so it is convenient and they feel comfortable and some clients like to meet at a restaurant or coffee shop for a more casual atmosphere. I service anywhere between the GTA along the 401 hiways to Kitchener. Cities of interest include Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Guelph, Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo. I can do applications over the phone or online, I will give you a no charge consultation on what we have to do to get you into the best mortgage that suites your needs. After I submit your application to the appropriate lender, we will then meet up with you at your desired location to sign documents and I will receive any documents needed to complete the mortgage.
I pull only one credit check and am able to submit to over 40+ lenders including the major banks such as TD CanadaTrust and Scotia Bank; financial institutions such as FirstLine Mortgages and First National Financial; Sub Prime Lenders such as Home Trust and Wells Fargo; and also Private Lenders who will provide funding when any of the above cannot fund (due to spotty credit or unique circumstances). So basically if the banks will not approve you, I will find a lender who will!
